Biccies sells luxury hand made, hand iced and hand packaged biscuits on the internet to private and corporate customers.
All our biscuits are sent out within two full working days of ordering. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday. If you do however have a specific delivery date in mind or need your biscuits urgently please call us on 01372 465098. If we are unable to complete your order as quickly as stated we will contact you by email and offer you an alternative delivery date.
All Biccies Singles and Biccies Boxes are sent by Royal Mail. Biccies Singles 1st Class and Biccies Boxes 1st Class Recorded. 1st Class Recorded is a signed for service, all customers must make sure that their recipient will be at the stated address for a signature. We can offer a Special Delivery service and customers must call to book this. We do not take responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail, this includes industrial action which can result in disruption of their service. Biccies does not accept the responsibility for return postage costs, items lost or damaged in transit, it is down to circumstances that are out of our control, except at our discretion.
If you would prefer us to send your biscuits with our friends at Streetwise Couriers, please contact us on 01372465098. Streetwise Couriers are liable for any damages or loss of goods, that are in their care.
We give all of our bakers and icers the weekend off, therefore we do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
To order your biscuits, you must click on the package that you would like and enter your gift message. Nochex will then take your payment and your order has been taken and will be fulfilled. All monetary transactions taken over the internet are taken by Nochex.
We reserve the right not to send a message that may contain offensive or inappropriate content.
All our biscuits are made and iced by hand. Due to this unique quality the colours and design may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
As Biccies are a food product, we do not offer refunds.
