The aim was to produce biscuits from high quality and locally sourced ingredients, hand ice them expertly and package them beautifully.

This has led to a very popular product range that has been distributed globally to both private and corporate clients.

Jo not only owns Biccies.com, she is also the Managing Director of The Cupcake Sanctuary based in Rochester, Kent.

Jo has combined a passion for baking with 15 years experience in advertising and marketing. She is a mother to 3 children and step mother to 2 more.
